Warm layers, thick socks, walking boots, fleece, waterproof jacket and trousers, thermals, hat & gloves, small rucksack (30-40lt) 1lt water bottle, food, snacks, flask
Several thin and warm layers, 1 or 2 cotton t shirts, warm fleece, soft shell jacket or lightweight waterproof jacket. Hat and gloves.
Several warm layers, fleece, waterproof jacket and trousers, drink, snacks, food, hat & gloves
Small 1st aid kit with any personal medication, warm wicking layers, fleece, spare fleece, walking socks, waterproof walking boots with good ankle support, trekking trousers, good quality waterproof jacket and trousers (taped seams) preferably gore-tex, small rucksack (30-40lt) with waterproof lining, hat & gloves, lunch, snacks, flask of tea/coffee/soup etc., min 1lt water bottle.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR COTTON CLOTHING.
Small lightweight tent, 3-4season sleeping bag, sleeping mat, small cooker, pan, spoon or fork, headtorch & spare batteries, matches, spare thermals, small wash kit, dehydrated evening meal and breakfast, drink sachets incl cuppa soup & hot chocolate.
Climbing shoes are not supplied with any activity however they can be hired at climbing walls for indoor use.
